The plugin reads only its own playlist file:
/etc/enigma2/gtiptvplayer/playlists.txt
Account or playlist files belonging to other IPTV plugins are not imported or read automatically.
Compatibility and testing:

• Source compatibility checks completed for Python 3.9–3.14
• Installation, operation and complete removal have been tested
