Version 4.0 of the CCcam Info plugin has been released, featuring a number of fixes and improvements to enhance performance, stability, and compatibility with Enigma2 receivers.
Compatibility: Supports Python 2.7 and Python 3.14, and has been successfully tested with both Python 2.7 and Python 3.14.
Key Changes and Improvements
- Fixed a plugin crash when opening the Servers menu on Python 2.7.
- Improved connectivity to the CCcam server, with automatic retries when the connection is refused.
- Improved configuration file reading with support for multiple paths.
- Fixed saving Menu Configuration and Remote Receiver Connection settings to /etc/enigma2/.
- Improved error messages and detailed logging to make troubleshooting easier.
- Improved the display of General Information and Entitlements.
- Adjusted window and font sizes for a more balanced layout.
CCcam must now be installed in the following directory:/usr/bin
